I finally found a way of digitizing cassette tapes on my current set-up. The audio file below is a complete rip of an educational tape I used to fall asleep to when I was a child. I listened so often across so many years that I can remember almost everything from it by heart, over a decade and a half since I last heard it. It was released in 1992 and I haven’t been able to to find it anywhere else – ergo, I’m sure the producers won’t mind if I post it here. What’s more, it’s the best of it’s kind I’ve found, so here it is for posterity, for pleasure and for curiosity.
NB: The tape refers to British garden and woodland birds.
